A New Direction: From Building a Platform to Building Custom AI Environments for You

By the Intueo Labs Team

We have some company news to share, and we want to be straight about it.

We are stepping back from developing the Sage platform as a standalone product. Building a one-size-fits-all platform taught us a lot, but it also made something clear: the businesses we work with do not want a generic tool they have to bend their workflow around. They want software shaped around their operation.

What we are doing instead

We are going all in on custom AI environments, built and managed by us for each client. In practice that means two things:

  • Custom software, made for you. We design and build a bespoke application around your specific needs — the exact features, screens, and workflows your team wants — rather than handing you a fixed product.
  • A private platform to work with your agents. Every deployment comes with your own company environment where your team can chat with your agents, call them, and manage their memory, tools, and workflows in one place — with whatever custom capabilities you need built right in.

Think of it as the best parts of what Sage offered, delivered as a tailored environment instead of a generic platform — and connected to the same managed agents that run your calls, inbox, documents, and recurring work.

What this means for you

If you have been following our work on AI employees, nothing about our core promise changes. We still deploy and run fully managed AI agents for your business. The difference is that the environment you access them through is now built specifically for you, not adapted from a shared product.

If you want to see what a custom AI environment would look like for your business, get in touch — we would love to show you.

Stateful AI Employees, Not Amnesiac Bots: Why We Build on Letta Code, the Best Agent OS

If you want an AI employee instead of a clever bot that forgets you every morning, the foundation matters more than the model. Claude Code and Codex are remarkable and amnesiac: every session starts from zero. Letta Code does not. It is a stateful agent operating system that persists across sessions, learns your business, writes its own skills, and carries its memory across machines and even across model generations. This is a sourced, head-to-head look at Letta Code versus Claude Code, why people are buying dedicated mini PCs just to keep agents running, why Letta Code is the best agent OS we have found, and how we turn it into stateful AI employees your business can actually depend on.

Why We Killed Mission Control: Shared Memory Beats Agent Swarms

We built a multi-agent orchestration system where AI agents could team up, assign leaders, and communicate through A2A protocols. After months of testing, we scrapped it entirely. Here is why shared memory turned out to be the better architecture.
